Acceptance
By using this website or registering for any Blauer Tactical Systems program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Training disclaimer and assumption of risk
Self-defense and scenario-based training involve physical activity and inherent risk of injury. Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for determining your own fitness to train and for following all instructor safety directions. Signed waivers are required before live training.
No guarantee of outcome
Our training is educational. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of personal safety, legal outcome, or performance in a real confrontation, and nothing here is legal advice on the use of force.
Intellectual property
SPEAR System®, Know Fear®, High Gear®, Be Your Own Bodyguard®, and all site content, video, and course materials are the property of Blauer Tactical Systems and may not be copied, taught, resold, or redistributed without written permission. Certification does not transfer ownership of curriculum.
Purchases, courses, and equipment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change. Digital course access is licensed to a single user and is non-transferable. Equipment orders are subject to availability and current lead times quoted at checkout.
Registration, cancellation, and refunds
Seminar and certification seats are confirmed on payment. Cancellation and transfer terms are provided with your registration confirmation. Digital products and downloaded materials are non-refundable once accessed.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to access other users' data, or use our materials to represent yourself as a certified Blauer instructor without a current certification in good standing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blauer Tactical Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site, our materials, or our programs.
